The Dynamite Beer Co. grand opening next week is eagerly anticipated by Cave Creek locals. The new business will operate next to Ace Hardware 28212 N. Tatum, the southwest corner of Tatum and Dynamite, in a space previously occupied by a coffee shop. Other food and beverage outlets in the center are Tailgaters’ Sports Grill and The Creek Patio Grill. A long awaited Mexican taco and tequila restaurant Loco J’s just had their soft opening this week.
Dynamite Beer Co. describes itself as a “beer and wine taproom and bottle shop”, meaning they will be selling bottles to go. A recent press release describes the business as a “…neighborhood beer & wine taproom and bottle shop featuring 20 constantly rotating drafts and 100+ bottles that can be enjoyed in the taproom or to-go. Food program focused on local ingredients and purveyors such as Schreiner’s Fine Sausages, Noble Bread & Cotton Country Jam.”
Cotton Country Jam is a local company that makes premium jellies, jams and more from locally-grown produce and is family owned and operated in Phoenix, AZ. Schreiners Sausage and Noble Bread are familiar names to local Phoenix foodies, and are featured in many quality local eateries.
