The Hampton Inn Carefree is set to open August 1, 2022 after some construction delays. The 97 room hotel is not a typical Hampton Inn, but is described as a “boutique” Hampton Inn by Hilton, meant to fit the Carefree Sundial Circle area.

The architectural design is atypical to how most Hampton Inns are laid out. The first floor will be buried into the hillside, making it appear as a three-story building on the east side and a four-story building on the west.

“It’s not going to be your prototypical Hampton Inn, which is kind of rectangular,” a company spokesperson said. “It’s going to morph into the shape around Easy Street so it would have a softer face to it.”
