New veterinarian is opening in Cave Creek

A new veterinarian is opening in Cave Creek, in the Sprouts shopping Center at 5355 E. Carefree Highway, near Cave Creek Road. The animal hospital will be occupying four vacant spaces between the AT&T mobile store and Nektar Juice Bar.

Sprouts Farmers’ Market opened in Cave Creek opened in February 2020, but this is the first occupant for these four spaces, which together will be over 2000 square feet. Other businesses in the center include Chipotle, MOD Pizza, and Big O Tires.

It is well known in commercial real estate circles that where Sprouts Farmers’ Market goes, many businesses soon follow, and it has been no different in Cave Creek. Verizon, Harbor Freight recently opened, and soon McDonalds

will break ground behind the old CVS Pharmacy. This will be the first time since being built however, that the center will be fully leased with small business.
