TOY BARN DOVE VALLEY BREAKS GROUND

The fourth Toy Barn in Cave Creek has broken ground on a 7-acre site on the west side of Cave Creek Road north of Westland, between Desert Foothills Nursery and Dutch Bros. Coffee. This new Toy Barn joins the Toy Barns’ Peak View, Lone Mountain, Lone Mountain North in storing Foothills’ residents, R.V.’s, boats, and off-road vehicles.
The Toy Barn offers a different concept in personal storage. Each Toy Barn garage is a titled unit, so owners can purchase and then build equity in their units, and then re-sell them, similar to how condominiums are bought and sold.
All units feature a minimum 20-foot ceiling height with floorplans ranging from 1,260 to 3,000 sq. ft. Units feature both heavy-duty garage doors and standard entry/exit doors. Toy Barns’ offer year-round, 24/7 access.
