A Scottsdale couple purchased Fat Willys’ on Tuesday, 8/26/2025 for just shy of 2.2 mllioin dollars. The massive 7400 square foot building will be occupied by Whiskey and Wings Sports Bar & Grill, and word on the street is to look for a September opening. This is the the third business since 2007 to inhabit the building, Gallaghers’ Sports Pub was the first, and was a victim of the pandemic in 2021.
