There are new eateries in Cave Creek, and their names are Cowboy Pizza and Brunch. Located next to the Roadhouse and across from Harolds’ Cave Creek Corral, Cowboy Pizza opened a few weeks ago and has been getting great reviews. Located in the space that once housed Vino and Panino, Cowboy Pizza, in addition to pizza, features a few Italian salads, appetizers and sandwiches.
The owners of Cowboy Pizza have plans to open another restaurant next door called Brunch in the space that has seen a few restaurants over the years, and once housed Binkleys’. It will reportedly be a alcohol-centric breakfast/lunch concept (think Boozy Breakfast in Desert Ridge) and will be opening in January.
